Diamond Protection's Emergency Services Division provides on-site Emergency Service Officers who perform Fire Fighting, Twin Ropes, Confined Space Rescue, Breathing Apparatus, First Aid and Security to Primary Industries including Mining, Power Generation, Maritime and Aviation.

Teams are created by recruiting multi-skilled individuals with extensive Fire Fighting, Rescue and First Aid experience, having previously worked for authorities such as the Metropolitan Fire Brigade, State Emergency Service and Country Fire Authority.

Our Emergency Service Officers undergo rigorous training programs, with refresher training conducted at scheduled intervals to ensure their skills and abilities allow them to perform consistently and in all situations.

They also participate in personal development programs designed to optimise their leadership, motivation and decision making processes, providing your organisation with the peace of mind afforded in the knowledge that all incidents will be responded to by fully trained and competent personnel.

Emergency Response

Utilising state of the art equipment, our highly skilled officers rapidly respond to fires in Open Cut Mines, Power Generation Facilities, Industrial and Commercial environments.

Trained in a variety of techniques, these officers can perform rescues from heights, bunkers, confined spaces, open cut mines and production sites.

Diamond Protection Emergency Service Officers have the demonstrated skills and abilities to respond promptly and efficiently to all emergency incidents.

First Aid

Security and Emergency Service Officers are trained to operate and maintain on-site First Aid Centres. They provide first response medical treatment to injured persons, conduct blood pressure monitoring, eye examinations and audiometric testing.

Test results are collated and statistics provided to your management team with an overall picture of the health of your workforce.

Diamond Protection can also provide Registered and OH&S Nurses, in addition to the development and implementation of on-site health programs for your organisation.

Fire Protection Equipment Maintenance

This service includes the installation, testing and maintenance of all fire fighting equipment. Sprinklers, VESDA systems, smoke detectors, extinguishers, hoses, hose reels and fire hydrants are tested, maintained and repaired to ensure all equipment performs reliably in an emergency.

Security Services

Through our policy of multi-skilling, Emergency Service Officers deliver cost effective results by performing Emergency Response, First Aid and Hazardous Goods management, in conjunction with Security Services. This includes Gatehouse Duties, Control Room Operations and Mobile Patrols.
