The Quality Policy is authorised by the Board of Directors and controlled by the document control system.

Our business objectives are defined within the company's business plan, which is regularly reviewed by our key management team. Key performance indicators are defined, communicated and regularly reviewed.
Customer Focus - an extremely important element our of service
Customer needs and expectations are determined and converted into requirements and fulfilled with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction.
We also do this via our monthly customer satisfaction surveys to ensure that all service components are discussed. Most importantly, we can define key areas to continually improve our service delivery.
Diamond Protection's Management System
The management system adopted by our company encompasses the quality management system requirements of ISO 9001:2000. In addition to areas regulated by the standard, the company's quality management system includes practices, methods and procedures, which have been found invaluable in meeting customer requirements.
The quality management system is documented through procedures and work instructions from which records are established and maintained to demonstrate the conformance of products to specified requirements.
Quality Planning
The Board of Directors and management team take responsibility for planning for change in the organisation, which includes maintaining the integrity of the quality management system and communicating to all levels in the organisation the strategies for the change.
Continual improvement of the quality management system and the resource requirements to effect improvement are planned.
