Since 1995, Diamond has been providing professional Security and Emergency Service Officers (ESO’s) to a variety of industries including government, education, oil and gas, military, air force, mining and other resource and critical infrastructure facilities.
Expression of Interest Open Now: Full time and casual Emergency Service Officers (ESO’s) required for client facilities located in Broadmeadows, Lara and Geelong Victoria Australia.

Qualifications Required:
· PUAFIR203 Respond to Urban Fire
· PUAFIR207 Operate Breathing Apparatus
· PUAFIR306 Render Hazardous Materials Incidents Safe
· PUAFIR307B – Monitor Hazardous Atmospheres OR PUAFIR316 – Identify, Detect and Monitor Hazardous Materials at an Incident
· PUAFIR308B Employ Personal Protection at a Hazardous Materials Incident
· PUASAR005A Undertake Confined Space Rescue
· PUASAR024A Undertake Road Crash Rescue (Lara site only – not required for Broadmeadows and Geelong sites)
Additional Compulsory Qualifications required include:
· Security Certificate II (Security Operations) and Security Guard license in accordance with the Private Security Act 2004
· HLTAID006 Provide Advanced First Aid
· HLTAID007 Provide Advanced Resuscitation (refresher required every 12 months)
· Driver’s Licence
Preferred / Desirable Qualifications (not compulsory) include:
· TAE40110 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
· PUA40313 Certificate IV in Public Safety (Firefighting Supervision)
Key Emergency Response duties include (but not limited to):
– Responding to all incidents as required
– Fire emergencies
– Confined Space Rescue
– Hazmat incident response
– Asbestos emergency
– Other emergency combat functions
– Rescue
– Medical emergencies (first aid response)
– Undertaking drills and simulated emergencies
– Gas testing, and or rescue standby duties
– Security incidents or events
– Vehicle Accident Rescue (Lara site only)
Note: ESO’s working on this project will require a Victorian Security Certificate II (Security Operations) and Security Guard license in accordance with the Private Security Act 2004, with Control Room Operator and Monitoring accreditation/endorsement.
